How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Yali account, please contact:

Please include:
- Your phone number used for Yali
- Your display name (if available)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What data may be deleted
- Account profile information
- Messages and conversations
- Saved posts and preferences
- Uploaded content associated with the account
Data retention
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security and abuse monitoring
- Financial or transaction record keeping
Backup copies may remain temporarily before permanent deletion.
Processing time
Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days.
